Questions
- What can I use it for?
- Your own projects and client work, commercial ones included. Don't resell the source or repackage it as a template pack or UI kit of your own, and keep your licence key to yourself: a shared key can be switched off.
- What is a claim?
- On a Templates plan you pick the Pro templates you want: each pick is a claim, 4 a month or 60 a year. Unused claims don't carry over to the next period. Downloading a template you already have never uses one.
- Do I keep what I claimed?
- Yes. A template you claimed or bought stays in your account, and you can download it again whenever you like, after you cancel too.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, with Manage subscription on your account page. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Pro components come with the plan while it's on; the templates you claimed stay yours.
- Do I get updates?
- Pro Components and All-Access get every update and every new release, for good. A template bought on its own gets every update of that template. Download again from your account for the latest version.
- Taxes and receipts
- Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where it applies, and emails your receipt and licence key.
- Refunds and the full terms
- You get the code straight away, so a purchase can't be returned once it has been downloaded or unlocked, except where the law gives you that right. If something doesn't work as described or you were charged by mistake, email within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. The rest is in the terms.
- I subscribe to DiMaac Pro from before
- Thank you. Nothing changes before your first renewal on or after the change day, and we email you about it first. From that renewal your plan works like Templates Monthly (4 templates a month), or Templates Yearly (60 a year) on a yearly plan, still with every Pro component. From that renewal it is billed at the plan's price, and you can cancel any time before it. Every template you download at ui.dimaac.com before then stays yours. Downloads from the old site are not carried over, so download the ones you want here first. Sign in with the email you subscribed with to see the exact day.

- Sign in with the email you used and it's all in your account. Bought with another email, or before accounts existed? Add the licence key on your account page.
